You will receive Officer Pay, Health Insurance options, retirement benefits, and even the possibility of enrolling in the Chaplain Student Loan Repayment Program (reimburses up to one-third of student loan debt associated with a theological Master’s Degree). If you are less than 47 years old and possess a graduate level theological degree of at least 72 hours from an accredited seminary, with a minimum GPA of 2.5, you may qualify to begin the application process within 6 months of seminary graduation.
