Moving in Wholeness Small Group

The purpose of the Moving in Wholeness small group, using the curriculum co-created by Karen and Travis Webster, is to acknowledge and engage God’s intention for all of creation to “move.”

We will discover how the biblical witness testifies to a story of movement... movement not just for the sake of moving, but movement towards wholeness. As Christians who take seriously our being created in the image of God, we are called to understand the movement to wholeness: within ourselves, with our neighbors, and in God’s creation.

This small group will not only look at what the Bible says about health, food, and ecology, but will also provide participants with some practical tools and resources for improving their health as well as the health of the world around them.

Topics include: Body, Food, & Health in the OT & NT, Habit Formation & Transformation, Nutritional Navigation, Motivation for Movement, Stress Awareness & Management, etc.
