Residence Life
Community - creating and living in - is a primary part of our journey together at Columbia Seminary. This happens through class work, study groups, student organizations, and in living life together. In the practice of living together, we engage one another at our best and our worst moments; we learn to care for one another; we learn to take responsibility for our personal and communal space.
Community does not emerge inherently because people live and work together. Community - radical, inclusive, open, and honest community - grows out of the intentional and deliberate practice of listening and sharing and covenanting together.
