Interim Director of Campus Ministries

First Presbyterian Church of Tuscaloosa, AL ( is seeking an Interim Director of Campus Ministries.  Following the departure of our long-time Associate Pastor for Campus Ministry, this active, 1,100 member downtown church seeks to keep a thriving campus ministry to University of Alabama students moving forward in ministry and mission.  Our recently opened UPerk café ( serves as the hub for our outreach to students and engagement with the larger community.  A candidate would need to be able to commit for the ‘18-’19 school year. Sole emphasis on Campus Ministry to be done on a part-time basis will be considered, but opportunities for congregational ministry (visitation, worship leadership, etc.) are also sought based upon availability, interest and suitability of the candidate.

Intern for UKirk Ministry

The Presbyterian Church of Radford, VA, is seeking an intern for UKirk Ministry at Radford University.  The position is open to current students and seminary graduates. He/she will work closely with the Minister as an integral part of a team ministry. The Intern for UKirk Ministry will take the initiative in all matters concerning his/her area of responsibility and be strongly proactive in seeking to provide an effective ministry. The Intern for UKirk Ministry will be a dynamic, outgoing person with excellent communication skills. He/she will be deeply committed to Jesus Christ and His church, and to his/her own faith journey. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (minimum), with a Masters of Divinity preferred; experience working with youth and/or young adults; background check required; references required; endorse and sign “Safe Sanctuary Policy and Procedures.”

Coordinator of Community Engagement & Chaplain Resident

Westminster College, Fulton, MO, is seeking a Chaplain Resident who will serve as a member of the Center for Faith & Service staff, offering a ministry of pastoral care and spiritual support for students, faculty, and staff. In addition, they will oversee community engagement initiatives and other areas of focus determined in conversation with the Chaplain and Director of the Center for Faith & Service. The Chaplain Resident will also serve on the faculty, teaching at least two undergraduate courses during their tenure at Westminster. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ethical service, a passion for mentoring and journeying with 18 to 22-year-old college students, and a deeply rooted commitment to spirituality. Because of the diversity of the Westminster campus, we seek someone with a welcoming, inclusive theological paradigm who thrives in an interfaith environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates an enthusiastic interest in exploring ministry within the context of higher education.
