We are seeking an Associate Pastor with the energy and calling to engage with middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young adults and a drive to develop and build new outreach programs.  This candidate should possess the capacity to be flexible and collaborative while working with a dynamic, evolving church with the ability to translate visions into reality. They should be able to creatively think outside of traditional programming and have some experience in leading youth and young adult activities.

Director of Next Generation Ministries, Lewiston, ID

This role oversees a dynamic and evolving ministry serving children (birth-5th grade) and youth (6th-12th grade). Currently, there are 15 youth on the rolls, with about 5 attending weekly programs, and 20 children, with about 4 actively involved each week. The ministry is supported by a team of 4-5 dedicated parent volunteers and elders, and enjoys ample facilities, including a youth house and an entire floor of the education building. This position is all about nurturing relationships, empowering volunteers, and creating engaging, Christ-centered programs that help kids and families grow together in faith.
A relational and creative leader who loves kids and teens, this role expects someone ready to build a thriving ministry through connection, innovation, and volunteer support.
