This is a part-time position, estimated   at 15–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on ministry needs.   Three Sundays per month availability and Tuesday morning staff meetings are   required, along with participation in the annual vestry-staff retreat, and   occasional evening or weekend hours for liturgical events and special   programs.
   
   This role is grounded in the belief that ministry with children, youth, and   families is not a standalone function, but a core component of our shared   mission. The successful candidate will work to nurture intergenerational   connections and integrated worship, formation, and fellowship. 
   
   This ministry is offered so that young people and their families are formed   in faith, connected in community, and empowered to live as followers of Jesus   —committed to compassion, justice, and service in the church and in the   world.
